Article 1 – Purpose
These terms of sale govern purchases made on the website kalmflex.com between Kalmflex ("we") and any person acting as a consumer ("you"). Placing an order means accepting the terms in force on the day of the order.

Article 3 – Products
The main features of each product (materials, functions, sizes) are shown on its product page. Photos and illustrations are as accurate as possible but may differ slightly from the product. A size guide is available; if in doubt, our customer service team will help you.
Kalmflex products are support and comfort accessories. They do not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you have persistent pain, an injury or a health condition, talk to your family doctor or physiotherapist before use.
Article 4 – Prices
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. The total price of the order, including discounts and shipping (currently free), is shown before you confirm the order; no tax is added to it. Customs duties are paid by us: you have nothing to pay on delivery.
Bundle offers (for example "1 + 1" or "Buy 2, get 2 free") apply automatically in the cart based on the quantity ordered. We may change our prices and offers at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you confirm your order.
Article 5 – Ordering
To order, you choose your products, their size and side, check your cart, enter your delivery details, choose your payment method and confirm the order. An email summarizing your order is sent to you; it is your copy of the contract. We may cancel an order in the event of a previous payment dispute, suspected fraud or an obvious pricing error; you will then be informed and fully refunded.
Article 6 – Payment
Payment is made online, securely, by the methods offered at checkout. Payment data is encrypted and handled by our payment providers; it is never stored by Kalmflex. The order ships once the payment is confirmed.
Article 7 – Delivery
We deliver everywhere in Canada. Orders are packed within 1 to 3 business days, then delivered in about 7 to 10 business days, by free tracked delivery. Details are in our Shipping Policy.
If your order isn't delivered within 30 days of the contract, you can cancel it and be refunded within 15 days, as provided by consumer protection law.
Article 8 – 90-day money-back guarantee
Kalmflex offers a 90-day money-back guarantee from the day you receive your order, even if the product has been tried and worn. The conditions and steps are set out in our Return and Refund Policy.
Article 9 – Legal warranties
Products are covered by the warranties of the consumer protection laws of your province (in Quebec, the Consumer Protection Act): they must be fit for their normal purpose, for a reasonable length of time given their price and how they are used. Nothing in these terms limits these warranties.
Article 10 – Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable where the products are used other than for their intended purpose or against the recommendations on the product page, or in the event of force majeure.
Article 11 – Personal information
The information collected when you order is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
Article 12 – Intellectual property
The Kalmflex brand, logo and all content on the website are protected. Any reproduction without permission is prohibited.

Article 14 – Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of your province of residence, and you keep the full benefit of its consumer protection law. If we can't settle a dispute together, you can contact your province's consumer protection office (in Quebec, the Office de la protection du consommateur, www.opc.gouv.qc.ca).
