Refund policy
Last updated: 25 October 2026
1. 90-day money-back guarantee
At Kalmflex, we want you to be completely satisfied. You have 90 days from the day you receive your order to send your knee sleeve back if it isn't right for you, even if you have tried it and worn it. We refund the price you paid for the product.
This guarantee is in addition to the warranties provided by the consumer protection laws of your province (see section 6); it doesn't replace them.
2. Free size exchange
Wrong size? We'll exchange it for free: email us your order number and the size you need, and we'll send you the return instructions and ship the new size at no cost.
3. How to return an item
- Email us at info@kalmflex.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We reply within 2 business days with the return address and instructions. Please don't send a parcel back without contacting us first: a return sent to any other address can't be processed.
- Send the product back clean and complete, ideally in its original packaging, with a tracking number.
4. Return shipping costs
Returns for a size exchange, a defective product or a mistake on our part are at our expense. For other returns under the money-back guarantee, the return shipping cost is paid by the customer.
5. Refunds
As soon as we receive and check your return, we confirm your refund by email. It is issued within 14 days, to the payment method used for the order. Depending on your financial institution, the credit may take a few more days to appear.
For bundle orders (for example "1 + 1" or "Buy 2, get 2 free"), a refund for part of the items is calculated on the price actually paid for each item after the discount.
6. Defective products and legal warranties
If your product is defective or doesn't match your order, email us a photo: we'll replace or refund it, return shipping included.
You are also protected by the legal warranties of the consumer protection laws of your province (in Quebec, the Consumer Protection Act): the product must be fit for its normal purpose, for a reasonable length of time given its price and how it is used.
