1. About these terms
These terms of sale apply to every purchase made on kalmflex.com between Kalmflex ("we", "us") and you as a consumer ("you"). By placing an order, you accept the terms in force on the day of your order.

3. Products
The main features of each product (materials, functions, sizes) are described on its product page. Photos and illustrations are as accurate as possible but may differ slightly from the product. A size guide is provided; if you're unsure, our customer service team is happy to help.
Kalmflex products are support and comfort accessories. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you have ongoing pain, an injury or a medical condition, talk to your GP or physio before use.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in Australian dollars. The total price of your order, including discounts and delivery (currently free), is shown before you pay, and nothing is added at checkout or on delivery.
Bundle offers (for example "1 + 1" or "Buy 2, get 2 free") are applied to your cart automatically based on the quantity you order. We may change our prices and offers at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
5. Ordering
To order, choose your products, size and side, check your cart, enter your delivery details, choose a payment method and confirm your order. You'll receive an email confirming your order. We may cancel an order in the case of a previous payment dispute, suspected fraud or an obvious pricing error; if so, we'll let you know and refund you in full.
6. Payment
Payment is made securely online using the methods offered at checkout. Payment details are encrypted and handled by our payment providers; Kalmflex never stores them. Your order ships once payment is confirmed.
7. Delivery
We deliver Australia-wide. Orders are packed within 1–3 business days and delivered in about 7–10 business days, by free tracked delivery. Full details are in our Shipping policy. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the parcel is delivered.
8. 90-day money-back guarantee
Kalmflex offers a 90-day money-back guarantee from the day your order arrives, even if the product has been tried and worn. The conditions and steps are in our Refund policy.
9. Consumer guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for use of the products other than as intended or against the recommendations on the product page, or for any failure caused by events outside our reasonable control.
11. Personal information
The information collected when you order is handled under our Privacy policy.
12. Intellectual property
The Kalmflex brand, logo and all content on this site are protected. They may not be copied without our permission.

14. Governing law
If you live in Australia, these terms are governed by the laws of the state or territory where you live, and you keep the full benefit of the Australian Consumer Law. If we can't resolve a dispute together, you can contact the fair trading or consumer affairs agency in your state or territory.
